Brown and Gammon

These guys definitely have a very unique sound and I've found myself listening to them a decent amount the past few days to I figured I would toss together a post about them. I really like how their music is for the most part pretty upbeat not so dark and heavy like a lot of dub. Blake Allee

Blake Allee is an up-n-coming rapper/producer/musician from Indianapolis he has a pretty nice sound and reminds me a lot of sage francis without the major political push and forced vocals. He's definitely got a little ways to go but for the most part his lyrics are on point and the beats are pretty sick. Have a listen!

Bangarang EP

Skrillex, I know I know, I like him too much but still. The new EP dropped, Bangarang. There are a couple new songs on it and its pretty good. Not some of his best stuff but he has been amazingly busy. Been on a crazy tour schedule and was able to manage a record label in the process. The fact that he has been nominated for 5 Grammys is a testament to his capabilities as a DJ.
